What if I am not completely satisfied with my merchandise/Guarantee Statement?

We know that based on all our other responses you will not be disappointed. However, should you decide that this merchandise is not what you expected, please contact us through email and take advantage of our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE statement. We always are in the best interest of our customers. Remember if you are not happy, then we too are not happy. Our customers are always right!!! 

 RETURNING MERCHANDISE 

We here at Wakeupsports.com offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases, provided the tags are still attached to the merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you will not be refunded shipping and handling charges. In addition, it's important that you contact us at returnsdept@wakeupsports.com with your order number, so we can begin processing your refund. Please send the merchandise back in it's original package. Please do not try to return the merchandise yourself without contacting us first, or you may jeopardize your chances of receiving your refund.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED THROUGH SHIPPING

If a shipment arrives at your door with shipping damages, please contact us at returnsdept@wakeupsports.com with your order number, so we can put in a shipping claim with the USPS/UPS. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the item.
